We will be working with Performance Course again this summer to run our weight and conditioning program. It is very important that everyone sign up and participate in this program. IT WILL GET YOU READY FOR FOOTBALL SEASON!
We will start on Monday, June 5 and finish on Thursday, July 20. We will go Monday-Thursday each week and WILL NOT HAVE CAMP THE WEEK OF JULY 3-7 DUE TO AISD SHUTDOWN.
WE WILL START FOOTBALL PRACTICE ON MONDAY, JULY 31.
