Donations for Hamburger/Picture Day
Your Football Booster Club will provide: Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Plates, and Napkins. Plywood, Paint, and Brushes will be provided for Varsity Signs.
Football Parent Donations: Each Football Class (not Team), has been assigned items to bring to Hamburger/Picture Day on Saturday -- see list below. Players can bring non-perishable items to school before this Saturday and the coaches will store it in the wrestling cage.
Freshman Families will donate: 12 Bottles of Gatorade
Sophomore Families will donate: 24 Bottles of Water
Junior Families will donate: Chips and Dips
Senior Families will donate: Desserts (cookies - brownies )
Needed: Volunteers for Hamburger / Picture Day
To make this event a success we need your help! Please find a spot where you can help out.
*Hamburger/Hotdog Cooks: 8:30am -- need 6 volunteers to bring BBQ pits and cooking tools and to help cook the meat.
*Hamburger/Picture Day Setup: 8:00am -- need 3 volunteers.
*Picture Helpers: 7:30am to 11:00am -- need 10 volunteers to help line the players up, get names, and help out the photographer and coaches as needed.
*Lunch Helpers: 10:00am to 1:00pm -- need 4 volunteers to assist with the food tables.
*Spirit Item Sales: 8:00am to 12:00pm -- need 6 volunteers per shift (8a-10a and 10-12p).
*Spirit Item Cashiers: 9:00am to 12:00pm -- need 6 volunteers (9a-12p and 12p-2p).
*Take Down & Clean Up: 1:00pm to 2:00pm -- need 4 volunteers.

Parents will also have the opportunity to sign up at Hamburger/Picture Day to volunteer for various Football Committees.
Picture Schedule for Hamburger/Picture Day
All players must be dressed in full uniform; they need to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled picture time.
Photos will be taken in the Large Gym.
Carry cleats in and put them on when in the stands, DO NOT walk on the gym floor with cleats.
7:30am: Varsity "Senior" Group Pictures
All Seniors, Football Players and Trainers -- wear game day polo with blue jeans. If you need to purchase a new game day polo this year, please contact Melissa Regalado at regaladofamily@gmail.com or wear game day polo from the past. Please bring any extra game day polos just in case someone shows up without one. Arrive dressed in your polo and jeans (no holes please).

Spirit Item Sales for Hamburger/Picture Day
Player Polos: This will be your opportunity to purchase Game Day Polos for Football Players to wear on game days; they will be sold for $20. Only one (1) polo may be purchased per player. Parents do not have the option to purchase Player Polos for themselves at the price of $20; parent polos can be ordered and personalized for $30.

Join the Football Booster Club at Hamburger/Picture Day
The Bowie High School Football Booster Club Officers would like to invite you to become an active member of the Football Booster Club. The Bulldogs are looking forward to a great season and we encourage you to be a part of it!!! During the football season, the Bowie Football Booster Club meets on scheduled Tuesdays at 7:00pm in the school cafeteria. Family Memberships are $35 and Business Membership are $50. Your membership supports all of our athletes in many ways, from meals to equipment.
Paint Varsity Signs on Hamburger/Picture Day
All Varsity Parents come paint signs for Varsity Football Players and Senior Trainers. The Football Booster Club will provide the plywood, paint, and brushes. Stencils are not needed but parents can bring them if you have them.
Volunteers are needed on Sunday (8/23) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm to touch up the signs and then hang them on the fence. All are welcome to participate -- the more the merrier. Contact Karl Keel for info 284-3625 kakeel@aol.com.
Order Varsity Parent Jerseys on Hamburger/Picture Day
Only Varsity Parents will have the option to order a Parent Jersey with their son's jersey number and name on the back. These jerseys are fitted and there will be samples to view before ordering. These jerseys are great to wear on game day. Some Varsity players will wear the jersey to school and then give it to Mom to wear to the game. The Parent Jerseys will be $75.00 and have the following specs:

Due to the length of time it takes to order personalized replica jerseys you will need to order and pay ASAP, contact Karl Keel at kakeel@aol.com. Order forms will be passed out to Varsity Parents at the scrimmage game this Thursday; orders can be submitted and paid at the the Spirit Items Sales Table this Saturday (8/22).
Coach's Football Fundraiser:
The Football Fundraiser is mandatory for each Football Player. Coach will issue five (5) Coupon Books to each Football Player on Monday (8/24). The coupon books sell for $20 and checks can be made payable to Bowie High School. Players will have two (2) weeks to sell all the coupon books issued to them.
